  • A booking is only considered valid after confirmation and payment of the required deposit.

  • Failure to comply with these conditions may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Training Session Conditions (Applicable Regardless of Package)

How to Book and Reserve

To reserve a training session, a deposit payment is required. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

Late Arrival Policy

The maximum tolerance time for delays is 20 minutes. After this period, the training session may be cancelled, with no right to a refund of the deposit.

5. Specific Conditions for Brides

How to Book and Reserve

Booking bridal makeup services requires a €100 deposit, paid via MB Way to +351 915 086 116.
The date is only guaranteed after payment confirmation.

Late Arrival Policy

The maximum tolerance time for delays is 20 minutes.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

The deposit paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
In exceptional situations, rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Bruna Matos Makeup reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on this page.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
